MOVE-IN:
Wednesday, November 12 12:00pm to 6:00pm (Larger
booths only)
Thursday, November 13 8:00am
to 5:00pm
Friday, November 14 8:00am
to 4:00pm
MOVE OUT:
Sunday, November 16 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Monday, November 17 8:00am to 12noon
NOTE:
No dismantling of booths may start before 5:00pm on November 16
and must be totally removed by 12noon on November 17. The Georgia Home & Garden
Show and the Gwinnett Center accepts
no responsibility for exhibits left after 12noon on November 17, 2008.
SECURITY:
The Halls are closed and secured during non-show hours. Exhibitors
may enter the hall one hour before show opening. If you need additional
time,
please contact the show office.
CANCELLATIONS:
If Exhibitor cancels or fails to occupy their space,
they will be held responsible for full payment of exhibit space per their
exhibitor rental
contract and also agree to pay any attorney's fees or court costs to collect
these funds.
AMPLIFICATION:
If you are using any form of amplification, it must not
interfere with near-by Exhibitors. Show Management has the final decision
on this matter.
PARKING:
A limited number of parking spaces are available on the backside
of the Exhibit Hall. Please do not park anywhere that would interfere
with the
normal flow of traffic. Exhibitors delivery and pickup is at the rear
of the Exhibit Hall with an Exhibitors Entrance.
BADGES:
Badges & Passes will be sent 30 days prior to the show.
If you need additional, please contact the Show Office. Badges may be
left at "Will Call" for your employees.
ADDITIONAL RULES & REGULATIONS:
The Exhibitor agrees to comply with the Show Producer's
Rules and Regulations.
